Why dont use these conditions – urban net and percent system - to generate architecture?
It´s a architecture game. It starts to take the area plot; then is divided between 100 sides and it ´s extruded. Each floor should be substrated a defined number of voids. It depends on its funtion and programme level.

There are three mains multi_store funtions: commercial, office spaces and housing. Each one have a specifics ways to entrance. The commercial units has inside a own free link. There are two specific vertical circulations to access to the office floors; and one private vertical connection to enter to the appartments.
The commercial floors – ground level and first level – are designing to take the maximum showing surface. The voids in the centre of the plot create multi_possibilities to show the product and also generate a new open way that crossing the building.
The office spaces and the appartments in the top of the building – second to seventh floors – has been configurated to catch as much as possible all daylight; because it´s important to work and also a natural method to save energy. The office spaces try to opened to the city through the multi_terraces and green areas. These generate relations between different levels.
The result of this game is a dynamic piece that everyone should walk around it. E
